The host was very gracious. If I had to stay anywhere I would stay here again in their beautiful home. The home was very inviting, clean and spacious.

The home was very clean upon arrival and roomy enough for 6 people. Entry to the home was quite easy. Kitchen is well equipped and I was pleasantly surprised to find a reverse osmosis water filter system. Neighborhood is quiet and there is convenient shopping nearby. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. All in all we had a very comfortable stay.

Love this place. Had a very comfortable stay. Close to everything (grocery, freeway, shopping). Plenty of parking. Everything is provided (utensils, Trash bags, towels, kitchenware). Highly recommended. Will definitely stay at this place again on our next vacay if available…

The property management company was notified on our 2nd day of our 17 days stay, we noticed water leaking under the kitchen sink. No one notified us that someone was coming on to the property to repair it. All they did was shut the water off. We had no running cold water, the filtered water system was turned off after that. We had to purchase bottled water for drinking and cooking. Had burnt out light bulb in the master bathroom, so we took a bulb out from a lamp in one of the bedrooms to replace it.The front and back yard, even the driveway was overun with weeds. It was obvious that the landscaper service hasn't been keeping up with the lawn for many months.

When the gas tank on the fire pit ran empty, the host sent a technician who picked up the tank, refilled it, and returned it. This was not expected, but much appreciated.

Host was welcoming. Good communication. Front bedroom did get too warm. (Suggestion: put a floor fan in there). No beach towels for hot tub use. Yard definitely needed mowed as it was quite long and all around property were ALOT of weeds. Hot tub water was very low(jets were exposed). No throw or extra blankets available. House was comfortable and trendy/cute. Neighborhood was quiet and good location. (Unfortunately the lack of lawn care detracted from curb appeal and backyard usage)

Thank you, Colleen, for your honest feedback. Landscaping is scheduled and being handled. Our team have checked the hot tub as well and water level is normal. It is unfortunate these issues were not raised during the stay, nonetheless, we will look into it to improve our services in the future.
