Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool, gym and an Open area BBQ on the H floor of the building from 8.00AM to 8.00PM.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Whether you’re looking for a place to take a break and people watch along the Marina Walk, or grab a bite or drink at one of the many restaurants and bars in the area, JLT is a great spot to spend an afternoon or evening. Around the area is a massive lake surrounding the buildings where you can enjoy to just seat around, enjoy the weather. Take a long run or walks around the lake, and also you can rent a Careem scooter or Careem bike.

Shops: Laundry shop, Tailor shops, Nails Shops, Ladies and Gents Salon are also available in the area. Nearest Grocery will be below the building, Yalla Mart and biggest supermarket will be Viva or Carrefour which is 8 minutes walk from the building.
Restaurants nearby: There's a restaurant just below the building, which is a Pizza place, Hub7 - mix of asian and Indian foods, and a lot more variety when you walk around the lake like Tokyo - Japanese restaurant and fine dining restaurants in nearby hotels like Bonnington, Movenpick and others.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

With the DMCC Metro Station, just a 7-minute walk away, it’s easy to get to and from JLT no matter where you’re coming from in Dubai.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
