Guests enjoy access to a large shared pool and terrace area, complete with shaded seating and a small bar for casual meals or drinks by the water. The complex is secure, featuring night security, cameras, and designated parking (space #6) for your convenience.
Inside, the condo is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, full kitchen with appliances, cookware, and dishes, plush linens, and beach towels.
Located in a quiet, prestigious neighborhood, the property is ideal for long-term guests, digital nomads, and seasonal travelers seeking a relaxed, home-style experience with panoramic views of the Pacific.
Optional concierge services such as airport transportation, grocery restocking, and meal delivery are available through Home Sweet Manzanillo, ensuring your stay is as effortless as it is memorable.
Guests will have full access to the rental with limitation of the 3rd bathroom in the laundry room. This a storage area for cleaning supplies.
Guests may use the pool and shared terrace for relaxing, eating, etc. No parties are allowed.

• The condominium complex is located on a steep hill. Roads and driveways may be bumpy or uneven, especially near the entrance. Please drive slowly and carefully.
• The parking lot is made of stone, which can be uneven underfoot. Guests should watch their step and wear proper footwear when walking to and from their vehicles.
• There is no elevator in the building. Access to the condo and pool areas requires multiple flights of stairs. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
• Stairs are present throughout the complex, including stairs leading down to the pool and stairs up to the condo entrance.
• The pool area is tiled and can become slippery when wet—please use caution and walk, not run.
• Outdoor lighting is limited in some areas at night. A flashlight or phone light is recommended for late arrivals or evening walks to and from the condo.
• The balcony railing is secure but not child-safe. For this reason, this condo is restricted to adult guests only.
