The home is simply a dream – warmth and comfortable with all kinds of amenities. Many places to sit and relax .... sip on your warm coffee or tea, or enjoy a cool glass of Chardonnay! The backyard not only has a magnificent pool and spa, but also BBQ, relaxing under a mist system and enjoying a unique decorative pool.

3 spacious bedrooms and living room. 2 full bathrooms; stocked kitchen - Home is 2254 sqft sitting on a very large lot. All rooms have their own TV. Master Bedroom is spacious offering a king size bed and plenty of closet space - connected to its private master bathroom, with tub and shower. Guest bedroom also very spacious offering a king size bed and connected to the guest bathroom with shower and spacious vanity. The third bedroom has a very comfortable automatic sofa queen-size bed with cushion top mattress. The house has been remodeled and kitchen is fully stocked. Our home is only rented for the season - not a vacation rental year-round, therefore it is in pristine condition!

As a vacation renter you are entitled to use the club's tennis, pickleball, enjoy the Clubhouse social activities (using a credit card) and play golf at a discounted rate on a mid-western designed golf course that has held tournaments for Golden West Professionals.

Avondale golf club is centrally located with easy access to all of the desert!! Sitting just 2 miles from JW Marriott Desert Springs resort, Ralphs supermarket, many restaurants .... and only a few minutes / short drive from El Paseo (beautiful and charming area with high end retail stores and many many restaurants), downtown palm springs, Rancho Mirage, and La Quinta. Many options for entertainment including Aguacaliente Casino, the Living Desert zoo and The MacCallum Theater. Costco, Walmart supercenter and Sam's Club are all within a few minutes. Avondale is an exceptional place, and you will not only meet new friends, but you may never want to leave such an remarkable home.

Water and utilities are covered with your rental, up to $250 a month (*should not exceed this unless you plan to heat up the pool daily). Additional cleaning visits during your stay can be arranged at extra cost. Avondale Golf Club HOA requires a minimum rental of 28 days.
