Welcome to the Havasu Hawk Retreat! We are excited to share our home with you. We dreamed up everything we could want and need in a vacation rental and put it into our home. From comfortable sleeping arrangements, to all the activities kids and adults could want, to being located by the public Lake Havasu Golf Club, and short drive to down town or multiple launch ramps. We can`t wait to have you, visit us soon!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
>No parties/events without preauthorization and paid refundable deposit and event fee
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
**Our occupancy count on this listing is 16 guests.. if you have a larger group and have questions about bringing additional guests please contact us before booking (The house is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 21-22 guests with beds/linens etc.). We have the right to accept or deny the request and charge a refundable damage deposit. Each person after 16 guests is $35/night.
>Must be 25 years old to book, unless preauthorized with possible refundable deposit
>No smoking inside or on outside furniture - $500 fine
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)

PETS
>$35/night per pet
>$250 deposit
>$25 fine if pets are not picked up after in the yard
>Keep pets off furniture and beds otherwise additional cleaning charges will be charged if professional cleaning is needed to remedy imbedded fur
>Please no pets in the pool

Pool Heating = $100 + $100 per day (Heated 9am-10pm)
To maintain these temperatures during the fall/winter, pool needs to be recovered overnight and when not in use. If you want to keep the pool uncovered with continuous 24 hour heating to maintain those temperatures through the night it will be an extra $100 per day.
