• $500 penalty per violation, plus any applicable damage costs
• Mountain roads may become icy in winter—AWD/4WD and snow chains may be required
• Quiet, close-knit neighborhood—please respect noise levels at all times
• Avoid scented candles, plug-ins, or aerosol sprays to maintain our low-tox environment
• While fireplace instructions are available in the welcome binder, please note that the fireplace is currently undergoing maintenance and is out of order until further notice.
• An EMF harmonizer (Emguarde) is available for optional use and is stored in a black box under the window seat bench with games and puzzles
