Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and property. There is one small storage area in the basement that remains locked for owner supplies and if off limits to guests.

While we would love to discuss you using our space to host your next event, we require discussion and agreement before booking.

We love our neighbors and they love us - we'd like it to stay that way! Please respect the noise policy and keep it down between the quiet hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.

If you host an event or party without our knowledge or consent, this will result of your groups immediate removal from our property and forfeiture of your security deposit held by airbnb. Thank you for your honesty, and respecting us as owners of our beloved home!
