Unfortunately, the pool closure was a temporary building-managed health and safety measure and was resolved quickly, with the facility reopening later that morning. While unfortunate, we were thankful it did not result in a prolonged closure. Regarding construction, we understand that nearby work can be frustrating. This is one of the reasons we note this in our listing, as we strive to be transparent so guests can make informed booking decisions. When you contacted us, our response was: "I'm very sorry about this issue. Although we mention daytime construction next door and possible noise in the listing, it's never nice to actually experience it like that. Hopefully you have a nice quiet and relaxing evening." We genuinely apologized for the disruption and did not intend to dismiss your concerns. While external factors such as construction activity, building amenities, and visitor parking availability are beyond our direct control, we always make every effort to communicate known conditions openly and respond promptly when guests reach out.
