This is a full private home, not a shared space.
Inside, the open living and dining area is intentionally uncluttered and light, using neutral tones and comfortable furnishings to create a restful environment rather than an overstimulating one.
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, and every room includes fast Wi Fi and a 4K TV, allowing you to stay connected while still unplugging as a family.
Outside, unwind on your private screened patio with a saltwater pool and free use of the propane grill, perfect for relaxed dinners and unhurried evenings at home.

Paradise Palms is a gated resort community designed for family vacations. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and typically quieter in the evenings, making it a comfortable place to wind down and recharge.
-Guest access
You will have full private access to the entire townhome, including the screened pool and patio.
Self check in is provided using a unique smart lock code sent before arrival. As this is a gated resort community, only registered guests are permitted entry.
To help ensure a smooth arrival and uninterrupted access to the resort and its amenities, a short Google Form will be sent approximately 7 days prior to arrival. This allows us to register all guests with the resort in advance and prepare your access details. Completing the form is required and helps everything run seamlessly on arrival.
Parking is free in the resort parking areas near the home. One spot is reserved for the house, with additional parking available on a first-come basis.
Registered guests may enjoy resort amenities during posted hours, which may include the main pool and hot tubs, fitness center, movie theater, sports courts, and playground areas, subject to resort rules and availability.
The only areas not accessible are locked owner storage spaces.
You will have full privacy with responsive support when needed. We are not on site, but our local team is available.
For the fastest help, message us through the platform inbox so everything stays documented. If anything urgent happens, such as a lockout, water, power, or AC, message us right away, and we will escalate immediately.

Starter supplies
We provide starter essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish supplies. These are not replenished during your stay. For extended stays, details can be discussed in advance.
Pool heat
Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per night. Please request this a few days before arrival so it is ready for you. If outdoor temperatures are projected to be at or below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, pool heating will not be available.
Maintenance
Routine services such as pool maintenance may occur during your stay. Pool maintenance is scheduled on Wednesdays between 1 and 4 pm. Staff will access the patio through the screened door during this time.
