The Space:

Welcome to our spacious 70 m2 loft in the heart of Palermo Soho! This space is perfect to accommodate four people and has all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay in Buenos Aires.



Our loft is located in the best neighborhood for tourists, recognized for its excellent cuisine and its wide variety of bars and discos. Just a few meters from the subway station "Palermo" and "Plaza Italia", you can easily access any point of the city.



This loft has a bedroom, a full bathroom, a toilet, an independent kitchen and a washing machine. In addition, all rooms have hot/cold air conditioning and we offer high-speed internet so you can always be connected. There are also two single sofa beds available to accommodate additional guests.



The building has excellent amenities such as a gym and a sauna.

Guest Access:

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
