The space:
Just one block to the bus stop! Eagle-Vail is arguably the best neighborhood in the Vail Valley. Not only is it situated right in between Vail and Beaver Creek but it also offers a public golf course, summer swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, hiking trails and cross country skiing.

Three Bedrooms + Bear Den

Upstairs:
Primary Bedroom: This primary bedroom is located on its own floor. It has an on-suite refinished bathroom, a 50 inch smart TV, and two cozy. The bath is fully stocked with linens and all the essentials. There is a walk in closet and work station with desk situated just outside of the bedroom.

Main Floor: Kitchen, dining room that seats 10 (with the leaf), fireplace, deck & coffee bar.

Downstairs:
Second Bedroom- This beautiful king sized bed has a 48" Smart TV and a shared bathroom just steps away in the hallway.

Third Bedroom- An adult bunk bed with two queen sized beds and luxury blankets. This rooms offers a sink and vanity area while the shared bathroom is next door.

Bear Den- This playful space is sure to delight the little ones. It is small, cozy & full of bear as any bear den should be! There is a triple bunk bed with three twin sized beds and loads of furry pillows and blankets.
This is also where the washer and dryer are located.

You have access to the entire home and deck!
Other things to note
No smoking is allowed anywhere within the property. We love animals and appreciate any well trained pet in our beautiful home. The electronic lock allows for ease of entry into the home. The home has been recently remodeled with beautiful art work.

The beautiful fireplace is wood burning and allows for cozy evenings.
