💧 Pool Heating & BBQ Grill Info
Pool heating is optional: $35/night, just for the entire stay (request 24h in advance). Late requests incur a $30 connection fee.
BBQ rental: $85 per stay (must be cleaned or $40 fee applies)
Pool max temp: 88°F – best used from Oct–Mar (weather-dependent, no refunds for cold weather). The heater runs from 8 am until 10 pm.
🧼 Starter Kit & Housekeeping
This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter supply of:
1 Dish soap, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel
2 Trash bags per basket, 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 shampoo, 1 Conditioner, 1 Body Wash and 1 moisturizer (hotel size per bathroom).
1 soap for laundry & 1 dishwasher pod.
For extended stays, please stock up at local stores.

📦 Online Packages
You may receive FedEx/UPS/DHL packages during your stay. USPS does not deliver to vacation homes.

Signed rental agreement & $350 security deposit required before check-in
Check-in info is only sent after rental agreement is completed (at least 48 hours prior)
Trash must be placed in the designated bin daily
