This single-story, 1 bedroom / 1 bath bungalow condo offers modern yet comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities like a washer & and dryer, great for longer stays, a propane grill, internet, AC, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping flexibility.



After a fun-filled day at one of the country clubs 3 pools, relax in the beautiful, light-filled living room with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. Outside, there are 2 patios - perfect for dining alfresco or enjoying a happy hour cocktail with stunning desert vistas as your backdrop.



Preparing home-cooked meals will be a breeze in the sleek kitchen - fully equipped with gorgeous countertops, plenty of cupboard space, and stylish backsplash tiles. Gather at the dining table that seats 4 to enjoy meals together and recount the days adventures.



When ready to turn in, guests will drift off to sleep in the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, large Smart TV, and private patio access, ideal for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee before an early morning tee time. Just outside the bedroom is a beautiful bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.



Guest Access:

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.



This bungalow unit is located in Phase 2 of Palm Springs' popular Mesquite Country Club, but guests will appreciate access to the fun amenities in all 5 phases that surround the newly formed Prescott Preserve, including 16 community pools and spas, as well as 8 tennis and pickleball courts.

Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
