Inside, three floor-to-ceiling sliders and clerestory windows bring in natural light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The bedroom features a brand-new king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens, and the updated bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower with both rain and handheld showerheads.



A full kitchen with modern appliances makes dining in a breeze, while the convenient washer and dryer are located just off the patio in their own closet — perfect for longer stays. The living area offers stylish mid-century furnishings, with a workspace desk, fast WiFi, and smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room with cable included. A rollaway bed is available on request for flexible sleeping arrangements, making the space comfortable for two adults plus children.

Per HOA, only 1 dog per unit is allowed, and it cannot exceed 25 lbs. Pets are not allowed in the pool area for any reason. Dogs must be on a leash at all times within the complex.

House Rules and Notes

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

• No more than 1 car at the house at any time

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• No smoking

• Check-in time is 4 PM

• Check-out time is 10 AM



No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TVs, Cell Phones, Radios, etc) is permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all guests' vehicles staying at the property.



Local regulations also require that the property manager meet you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.



Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
