Welcome to Palm Valley CC Peaceful Retreat A beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath , Tamarisk floor plan condo in the upscale golf community of Palm Valley Country Club. This fully refreshed and upgraded condo has stunning views of the fairways and is fully stocked with everything you need on your extended getaway.



The living room features a comfortable seating area with large TV to watch your favorite programs. The open kitchen has been fully remodeled with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and white cabinets that are well stocked with tools for the chef in your group to conjure up your favorite meal.



After a long day outside, you have 3 bedrooms to choose from. Each providing their own ensuite bathroom. The primary offers a King bed, TV, access to back patio, and large ensuite bath with double vanity, tub, and walk in shower. The guest bedrooms both feature Queen beds, tv, and ensuite baths with walk-in showers.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon. You do have access to tennis and Athletic Club. There are Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

* The pool will be heated upon request with an additional pool heating fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost *



Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



Not Pet Friendly



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
