Building Requirements:

1. A copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued ID is required for all guests.
2. For mid-term rentals, a background check is required for all guests. This is conducted by our team in accordance with building requirements and carries a $30 fee per guest.
For privacy and security, this can be completed over the phone.
3. All guests must complete our rental form prior to arrival.

These requirements are part of the complex’s policy to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents and guests.
