The Space:
131 - Moose Creek Lodge - Big Bear Getaway
This 3 bedroom / 2 bath mountain lodge is the perfect getaway for friends or family looking for some rest and recreation! Nestled in the trees in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few miles away from Big Bear’s main attractions, Moose Creek Lodge is the ideal home base for exploring all the fun to be had in Big Bear.
Guests are greeted with a sweet front porch - the ideal spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Spacious with vaulted wood beamed ceilings, rustic mountain decor, and an open-concept floor plan, this home is perfect for gathering and relaxing.
After a long day on the trails or slopes, guests will love unwinding in the cozy living room in front of the stately stone fireplace. There is also a flatscreen TV with streaming services, a Super Nintendo gaming system, and a foosball table. The couch also converts to a queen sleeper sofa bed.
Preparing meals will be easy in the fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, and a large island with 4 bar stools to keep the cook company! When it is time to eat, gather around the dining table that seats 6 to recount the day’s adventures. Prefer to dine outside? There is a large back deck with plenty of outdoor seating.
Enjoy relaxing in front of the propane fire pit before turning in for the night. Guests will drift off to sleep easily in their choice of 3 comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, and a jetted tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a full bed, and bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle, flatscreen with steaming services, and Nintendo gaming system - perfect for any kids in the group!
There is also a 2 car garage so plenty of parking for guests!
Hit the slopes, head to the lake, stroll The Village, then enjoy returning to your restful retreat at Moose Creek Lodge.
House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 3 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
*Security cameras located on the front and back entrance and parking lot.
*Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please contact our office.
*Home has a steep driveway. In winter time it is recommended to have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. Low-clearance vehicles may have a hard time with this driveway any time of the year.
(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, 8 Adults Total with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 9 Total allowed. No Over Occupancy.) 3 Car Max.
Permit VRR-2025-0119
Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Other Things to Note:
Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
