Bedroom 2 includes a full bed and twin bunk beds. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and its own private balcony with lake views, while Bedroom 4 features a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a desk, flat-screen TV, and views of the lake.

The hallway bathroom has a shower-over-tub and serves the upstairs rooms, while the downstairs offers a half bath, plus a separate sink and oversized shower.

Additional features include a full laundry room—great for extended stays or light packers, an enclosed backyard, and parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.



City Ordinance Occupancy: Maximum 2 adults per bedroom. Max occupancy: 14 (no more than 10 adults; balance must be children under 16).

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
