Less than 1 mile away from Snow Summit and Big Bear Lake, and only 1.2 miles away from The Village, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for a mountain getaway with friends or family.



Guests will be greeted with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, comfortable gathering areas, beautiful new wood floors, and thoughtful amenities throughout the home.



The living room has a large couch with 2 recliners - perfect for lounging and watching cable or streaming services on the flatscreen TV. Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room with a large table that seats 6, and a wood-burning stove to keep you cozy on chilly nights. A sliding glass door leads to a deck ideal for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee before the rest of the house awakes or gathering around the heat lamp with a glass of wine as you unwind after a long day on the lake or trails.



Still, have energy to burn after a day of exploring? Enjoy a friendly (or competitive!) game of foosball or take a turn at the arcade game. Those wanting to relax can cozy up in front of the wood-burning and gas fireplace. When it is time to turn in for the night, guests can choose from 4 comfortable bedrooms to suit their sleeping needs:



Bedroom 1: queen bed, and a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle

Bedroom 2: king bed with an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. There is also a twin bed.

The home also has a laundry room, a large lawn, a BBQ, and a two-car garage.

(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, 8 Adults Total with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 12 Total allowed. No Over Occupancy.)

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• No smoking

• Check-in time is 4 PM

• Check-out time is 10 AM

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.





Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.



On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
