Beautiful woodwork and wonderfully updated mountain decor throughout this entire home ensure that your stay here will be a real "mountain-style" experience. The open great room style of the living room, kitchen, and dining room are perfect for entertaining. Plenty of windows create a light-filled ambience which highlights the gorgeous wood vaulted ceilings and the living room’s custom river rock wood-burning fireplace. This home’s extra bonuses are the game room featuring a pool table and a second kitchen in the upstairs primary suite! The spacious main kitchen is fully updated offering plenty of counter space and counter seating and is equipped with everything you need for cooking and serving meals. This cabin is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, cable TV, DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. With beautiful wood walls, ceilings, and beams, you get the feel of a "real mountain cabin", and you can't help but feel peaceful here. Plus this cabin has Air Conditioning which is not found much here in Big Bear so you can enjoy the warmer summer months. This mountain home promises a great Big Bear experience.



Game Room

This home’s game room offers a great additional spot for get-togethers, relaxing, and entertainment. With comfortable seating, flat-screen cable TV, and a beautiful pool table you’ll have plenty to do!



4 Comfortable Bedrooms + 4 bathrooms

This home features four comfortable and inviting bedrooms, two of which are Primary The first Primary bedroom upstairs has its own beautiful wood-burning river rock fireplace, this home’s second kitchen, private access to the outside deck with a king bed, and a private full primary bath. The second Primary bedroom is located downstairs and features a queen bed, private outdoor deck access, and a private bath with shower. The third bedroom in this home features a full bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. This home also offers a queen sofa sleeper in the game room and an additional queen air bed to complete sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people.



Wireless Internet Access

This home offers wireless internet access so that you are able to keep in touch while feeling miles away from it all!



Laundry

After a day at the lake or on the slopes, you’ll certainly appreciate the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer. We provide laundry soap.

This classic Mountain Cabin is a great getaway located in a quiet, serene Moonridge neighborhood that is just 5 minutes from the Bear Mountain ski lodge, Moonridge Zoo, and Goldmine Golf Course. And you are less than 10 minutes from everything Big Bear has to offer including the Village shops and restaurants, the Lake, Snow Summit Ski Resort, Meadow Park, and Big Bear Snow Play.

Max Parking for 4 Vehicles (limited to 3 vehicles in snow conditions)

There is parking for four vehicles at this property, however, in winter snow conditions parking is limited to 3 vehicles.



Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.



Other Things to Note:

There is parking for four vehicles at this property, however, in winter snow conditions parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

Special Information Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended in the cabin. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



There is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only.



City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy.

The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake and has been copied verbatim from city documents.



Do not exceed the occupancy limit.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.



No parking in street or yard.

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.



No amplified music 24/7.

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.



Head inside at 10:00 p.m.

Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.



Take your furry friend with you.

Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!



Take trash to dumpster locations.

Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.



Fines.

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.



Eviction.

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.



On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
