This stylish studio offers the perfect blend of comfort and practicality. It features a luxurious king-size bed and a cozy sofa bed — perfect for children or an extra guest. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, mini-fridge, utensils, and dishes, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. The bathroom offers a relaxing experience with a bathtub, hot water, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a hairdryer — all while enjoying a lovely view. Fresh bath towels are also provided. The spacious closet includes plenty of hangers and a secure safe for your belongings. For your entertainment and convenience, the studio also comes with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV — ideal for streaming your favorite shows or working remotely.

This 30th-floor studio is located in the iconic Brickell Arch building at 1395 Brickell Avenue — the same building as the upscale AKA Hotel — and offers access to amazing leisure facilities!

To reach the unit, take the elevator up to the 25th floor, where you'll find the hotel lobby featuring elegant spaces and a restaurant. From there, transfer to the elevators that serve floors 26 to 31.

Arriving by car? You may leave your vehicle briefly at the valet entrance to go up and retrieve the parking card from the locker box by the door. The parking garage is accessible from both 13th and 14th streets. Once inside, simply park in any available space from the 6th floor and up.

Dependendo da quantidade de dias da sua estadia, recomendo que você adquira o plano mensal, que te dá direito a passeios ilimitados de até 1 hora.

Há também uma estação do Metrorail próxima ao edifício. Esse transporte faz conexão com o aeroporto, por exemplo (linha laranja).

Just a heads-up: pets aren’t allowed, and smoking inside the apartment isn’t permitted — fines may apply.

The apartment is in the same awesome building as the AKA Hotel, but it’s not part of the hotel system. You can totally enjoy the building’s great shared areas, like the pool and gym, but hotel services like breakfast or room service aren’t included.
