No parties, no smoking indoors. If you have visitors, please ensure the total number of people on the property does not exceed 8, as required by city bylaw.

Please be aware that you will have exclusive access to the main and upper levels; the basement is occupied by other residents. The basement has a separate entrance and no shared indoor space. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If you are bringing pets, please add all pets to your reservation. The pet fee will be applied automatically once the pets are added. Undeclared pets are not permitted.
