The living room is large and spacious. It has tiled flooring, a flat screen TV, a cushy armchair, and a large L-shaped leather sectional. This is the perfect place to relax in after a long day out at the parks. If there is fighting over the remote, then good news: there is a second living room upstairs. Here, you’ll find comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love this kitchen. It has a plenty of workspace, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar or the dining table, which seats up to eight people. Looking for other entertainment options? No problem. Why not head outside and take a dip in the pool to cool off? The pool area is screened-in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There’s also a covered lanai with patio furniture for those who want to enjoy the Florida temperatures. And for those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool.
