As you enter, the hallway leads you to the primary bedroom on the left. The room is furnished with a plush king-size bed and matching nightstands for your convenience. A dresser with ample storage sits across the room with a flat-screen TV on top, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. A full-length mirror in the corner makes getting ready effortless, and a private closet provides plenty of space for your belongings. The bedroom connects directly to the bathroom, which also has a separate entry from the main living area for easy access.

The bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, a vanity with a beautiful granite countertop, and plenty of space to store your essentials. Guests are provided with fresh towels, washcloths, and all the basics you'll need, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. To make packing simple, bedding, pillows, and linens are all included, along with starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more.

Just outside the bathroom, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Generous counter space and cabinets make it easy to prepare meals, and we provide all cookware, utensils, plates, and glassware. Whether you're cooking in or ordering from one of the many nearby restaurants or delivery options, dining is a breeze. The dining table seats up to six guests comfortably, with two additional bar seats for extra space.

The living room is a cozy and relaxing space designed for comfort. A soft sofa pulls out into a bed, surrounded by warm lighting and tasteful coastal décor. A wooden accent wall adds charm, while the electric fireplace and mounted TV create a perfect spot for movie nights. There's also a picnic-style dining table in the corner, ideal for gathering with family or friends after a fun day at the beach.

Our guests have access to the pool deck complete with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lap pool that are heated even in the winter. There is also an outdoor pool and lazy river that our guests have access to as well. Unfortunately, our guests do not to the fitness center that is privately owned and off limits! Our rates reflect the restrictions to that amenity, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

You'll love that Roxanne Towers is right in the heart of Myrtle Beach, perfectly positioned for fun and relaxation. Just steps away from the lively Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, you'll find endless shops, oceanfront restaurants, and classic attractions like the SkyWheel and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium. The iconic Pier 14 is just a short stroll down the beach, perfect for fishing or grabbing a drink with a view. When you're ready for more adventure, Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are only a few minutes away, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. Our guests are only FEET away from the newly extended Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The new Funplex, Tin Roof, and even Pier 14.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
