Cozy and charming home in a central Newcastle location with a welcoming layout and classic appeal. Featuring 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, along with a functional kitchen and a nearby dining area. This is a beautiful home but the property is built on a hill so be aware that the driveway is steep and the yard is rocky and has multiple levels. The home has 2 beds that do not require stairs or climbing but 3 of the beds are in lofts and require climbing ladders, so you must be comfortable climbing steep ladders and steep spiral staircases.
Driveway parking only.
This is a private home with full access to the main house and yard. An ADU is located in the backyard but is not part of the rental and is not functional. It has no hot water and minimal electrical service. Guests should not use the ADU or operate any heating or air-conditioning equipment in that space.
Only the main house is approved for occupancy. The ADU remains vacant to provide full privacy for guests.

Parties are not allowed. To respect our peaceful Placerville neighborhood and comply with local regulations, please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Please inform us of your approximate check-in and check-out times to help us coordinate with our cleaning team and other guests. If checking in after 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum when arriving.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out incurs a fee of $100 per hour. Please notify us of your planned check-out time so we can alert our housekeepers. Before leaving, kindly do the following:
-Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher
-Start a load of towels (we’ll transfer them to the dryer).
Please take out the trash. Leave the home in a generally clean and tidy condition.
-This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette or cannabis waste in outdoor trash bins. A $300 fee applies if indoor smoking i detected.
-Candles are strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons. Please do not bring or use candles in the home.
-Please avoid putting food in the garbage disposal. Use the provided compost bin for food waste.
-We understand accidents happen. Please let us know right away via Airbnb messaging if any damage occurs during your stay.
-A $50 per person fee may be applied for unauthorized guests to help deter parties or over-occupancy.
-To help manage energy usage, please turn off lights and adjust the thermostat when leaving the house.
-Please do not move or rearrange furniture. It complicates cleaning and resetting the space.
-Pets are welcome with approval and a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet. Pets must be potty-trained and kept off furniture. Close bedroom doors to restrict pet access. A $200 fee applies for any pet waste left behind. You are solely responsible for the safety and behavior of your pet.
-Please wipe their feet when they return from outside
-Please do not use white towels to remove makeup. Makeup towels are provided.
-For stays over 30 days, professional cleaning is required every 30 days. A $180 fee will be charged for each cleaning.
-Turn the gas valve on before use and off afterward to prevent regulator damage. Clean the grill and replace the cover after each use.
-Landscapers may enter the backyard without prior notice.
-Do not unplug any devices, including smart home equipment, lamps, routers, or modems. Doing so may disable the smart lock or other systems and result in lockouts or service disruptions.
-Please check thoroughly before you leave. Unfortunately, we are not able to package or ship items left behind.
