Please note that one of the bathrooms in the house is smaller and narrower than standard. While fully functional, it may feel uncomfortable for older guests or those with mobility limitations, and it is not wheelchair accessible.

Guest Access:

This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as the private backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ. The property is exclusively yours, no shared spaces, allowing you to relax, unwind, and enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.

A car is recommended for getting around Miami, and this home offers easy on-site parking for a stress-free stay. The neighborhood provides quick access to major roads and highways, making it simple to reach Miami International Airport, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, and the beaches. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and grocery stores, parks, and local dining are just a short drive away—making daily errands and sightseeing convenient.

House Rules

• No parties or large gatherings inside or outside the home.

• No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only outside—please keep doors and windows closed when doing so.

• Keep noise at normal levels to be respectful of our neighbors.

• Pets are allowed - $100 Fee Per Stay

• For your safety, outdoor security cameras are installed and functioning.

• Streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Video, etc.) are available—feel free to log in with your own accounts.



Important Things to Note

• Tropical Weather Advisory: Miami’s heat and humidity can attract insects like ants or roaches. Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize this.

• Work-Friendly Home: High-speed internet is available if you need to work remotely.

• Internet Equipment: Please do not touch, unplug, or reset the internet box/router. One of the bedrooms contains the internet equipment, which is completely safe and installed solely to provide fast, reliable high-speed internet throughout the home for our guests’ comfort and convenience. It does not impact the use of the room in any way.

• Curtains and Blinders: Be gentle when pulling the cords—the mechanism can break if handled too forcefully.

• Trash & Recycling: If you’re home on collection days, you may place the bins by the street (next to the mailbox or driveway entrance). Our team will take care of them after checkout.

• Backyard Maintenance: Landscaping may occur twice a month. Don’t worry if you see someone briefly working in the yard.

• Safety Note: Please do not climb trees on the property.

• Accessibility: Kindly note that the home is not equipped for guests with disabilities or special accessibility needs.
