This charming two-story townhome offers a warm, comfortable layout designed for both relaxation and connection.
On the main level, you’ll walk into a remodeled kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. The open layout flows into a dining area and a cozy living room with a comfortable couch—perfect for movie nights, game nights, or unwinding after a day at the beach.
Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. Step outside to the wraparound balcony, where you’ll find lounge chairs ideal for enjoying a book, soaking up the sunshine, or sipping your morning coffee.
Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a double bed plus a twin bed. These rooms share a full bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or groups.
Thoughtfully furnished and filled with natural light, this home offers a cozy coastal vibe just a few blocks from the ocean.

Pacific Beach is known for its laid-back coastal energy, beautiful shoreline, and lively atmosphere. Whether you’re heading out for a beach day, grabbing tacos, biking along the boardwalk, or enjoying sunset drinks, everything you need is within walking distance—no car required.
Getting Around:
This home is ideally located in the heart of Pacific Beach, making it easy to get around without a car. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops in downtown PB are all just a short walk away.
For exploring beyond the neighborhood, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. You can also bike or scooter around PB and along the coast for a fun and convenient way to get around.
If you plan to visit other areas of San Diego—such as La Jolla, Mission Beach, Downtown, or Balboa Park—a car is helpful and allows for quick access to major roads and freeways.
Other Things to Note:
• Guest ages 25+.
• 2 dogs max ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.
• Kindly note there are stairs throughout the property.
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Parking: Parking: 1 CAR parking in front of the MIDDLE garage.. Additional street parking available.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease and application are required. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply).
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
