▪️ Surveillance or recording devices on property: There are 3 exterior security cameras in use, including a Ring doorbell at the front entry and one camera on each side of the home. They monitor only the exterior for safety and security.

▪️ The home sits near a freshwater pond and Florida wildlife may be present, including insects and, in rare cases, alligators. Enjoy the surroundings responsibly and supervise children near the water at all times. Routine pest control is performed to keep insects to a minimum.
▪️ Fishing is allowed in the pond and guests are welcome to walk the property and observe the cattle, but please do not pet them and always keep gates closed.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. This home is meant for quiet enjoyment.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check in/check out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
▪️ Adhere to the standard check in and check out time. Early check in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval and a $50 fee when available.
