The Space:

Unit offers a vibrant and unique retreat designed for travelers seeking an energetic stay.

This ground-floor apartment features colorful decor and artistic touches, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

The space includes a kitchenette with a heating plate and microwave for basic meal preparation (NO full kitchen).

The bedroom comfortably accommodates three guests with two twin beds and a trundle bed and is equipped with a TV for entertainment.

Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning, a washer, or a dryer.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant North End, a diverse Halifax neighborhood brimming with character!

You'll find a delightful mix of historic and modern architecture. Stroll along North Street and explore a fantastic array of local shops, charming boutiques, cozy cafes, and delicious restaurants – all within easy reach.

The North End offers a true taste of Halifax culture. Plus, you're just a short trip from downtown Halifax, with its major attractions, business centers, and entertainment options.



Parking is available on the driveway for a fee of $10 per night. Street parking is also available if the driveway is full.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is well-connected to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the wider Halifax area.



Other Things to Note:

We have 5 units in this building. Each unit can be booked individually, or contact us to reserve multiple units for larger groups.



The unit is located on the ground floor.

There is no AC, washer, or dryer.

There is no kitchen just kitchenette with heating plate and microwave,



Parking: parking spaces available on the driveway. There will be a fee of $10 per night.



If the parking spaces are full, you can park on the street for free.



PARKING (CONTINUOUS):

In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.



- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.

- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.

- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle

- The rate expires at 11:00 am.



As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.

Our provision of essential supplies is a testament to our dedication to your care, aiming to make your Halifax visit as worry-free and enjoyable as possible.

● 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer)
