The first-floor family room features a 57" smart TV and opens to a covered walk-out porch with outdoor seating, a café table, and a grill—perfect for relaxed meals and evenings outdoors.



On the second floor, you’ll find a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace, a small library and reading nook, and a game and toy cabinet—an ideal space for downtime or kids’ play. The sofa in this seating area converts to a sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping flexibility. The primary king bedroom is located on this level and opens to a balcony shared with the second-floor living area, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom complete this floor.



The third-floor loft provides additional sleeping accommodations with a king bed and two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony, making it ideal for families or larger groups seeking extra space.



The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen essentials, smart TVs, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, games, pack & plays, and a high chair—everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free stay. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your vacation, with a $145 pet fee. In the entry closet, you will find a welcome basket for your furry family member with dog bowls, cleanup bags, dog blanket, Milkbone treats, accident cleanup spray, and grey colored Life Is Messy towels for those unexpected spills and cleanups.
