Welcome to my home. As you step onto the property the 180 degree view of national forest will instantly relax you. So kick off your shoes, lay back in the hammock and take it all in. Inside you will be welcomed by a cozy atmosphere. Take advantage of this convenient location to Scott’s flat reservoir, the Parlinent and Hoot mountain bike trails. So take a swim or nice hike around her shores, and If you're an avid mountain biker message me for trail reccomendations

During your stay you will have complete privacy. Feel free to use any dishes you need and available cabinet space. Please be respectful and wash your dishes and put back in place or left out to dry.

For any bookings over 30 days, any extreme rise in the power or water bill, guest will be required to cover the remainer. Any bill over $140 for PGE and any bill over $50 for water. This really should not be a concern as I've never seen either bill over these amounts in the 6 years I've lived and Airbnb this place.

Items in cabinets such as spices, cooking oils coffee, coffee filters and condiments are free for you to use while staying with us. If items like salt, pepper, coffee, olive oil, etc. are used up please leave empty container so we know to replace it for the next guest
