Dieses Haus, das ursprünglich 2003 erbaut und 2014 umfassend renoviert wurde, bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Dillon Beach, Tomales Bay und den Pazifischen Ozean von seiner unverbauten Steilküste. Es gibt über 4000 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche mit spektakulären Holzarbeiten und hochwertigen Oberflächen. Es verfügt nun über 4 Master-Suiten, alle mit Kingsize-Betten und der oben genannten Aussicht sowie eine Bibliothek mit einem Queensize-Schrankbett und einem eigenen Vollbad. Insbesondere gibt es insgesamt 4 Kingsize-Betten, 1 Queensize-Schrankbett, ein großes Schlafsofa sowie ein Schnittsofa, das in ein sehr großes Bett oder zwei kleinere Betten umgewandelt werden kann. Ein Queen-Size-AeroBed ist ebenfalls erhältlich und bietet reichlich Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die 5. 5 Bäder sind in der Gegend beispiellos. Es gibt drei Kamine, von denen sich zwei in Schlafzimmern befinden. Die gut ausgestattete Küche öffnet sich zum Wohn- und Essbereich mit Wänden aus Fenstern, die die gleiche bemerkenswerte Aussicht bieten. Aber die attraktivste Eigenschaft dieses schönen Hauses ist sein 1000 Quadratmeter großes, zweistöckiges Schieferdeck, das 24 Stunden am Tag zum Genießen von Mahlzeiten, Grillen, Whirlpools, Sonnenaufgängen, Sonnenuntergängen und natürlich zum Beobachten von Sternen genutzt werden kann. Ein sehr großes Spielzimmer bietet Tischtennis und Tischfußball. Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub für große Familien oder Gruppen.

Girls getaway on Dillon Beach

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway for 9 friends who have known each other for 40 years. We wanted a house with a big and comfortable living room space, a large dining table for our meals, a beautiful outdoor deck with a fabulous view of the ocean, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fabulous weekend!

Perfectly Comfortable for Family of 11

Dolphin Den is such an awesome house. We had our 3 adult kids and spouses, their 3 kids, and my husband and me. Each family had our own space using each of the 4 master bedrooms. We loved the open floor plan downstairs including the large dining table. When not at the beach or going for a walk, we spent a considerable amount of time on the deck and game room. Randy was very responsive to a few questions we had. The only item I gave 4 stars to was check-in. It was my own issue but worth mentioning. When we arrived at the house, I attempted to get to the link previously provided in an email and a text. It included the check-in procedure along with the code to get inside. I had no internet. Fortunately, I was able to get a connection running up the driveway to the road. I cut and pasted the directions to a document and all was good. I have T-mobile for my phone service and without the Wi-Fi (which was great once I connected to it) my phone service was pretty poor in that area. Other services that our kids have seemed to work better.

Amazing house! A view from all bedrooms!!!! The deck was awesome. The only complaint was the number of towels. No extra towels for hot tub which we were not prepared. Everything else was on point.

Gorgeous views in Dillon Beach

The house was great for our family’s Christmas gathering. The house was so well laid out, with stunning views. The kitchen was well equipped and we could all be together cooking and playing games. The game room in the garage was a huge plus, and we all loved playing pool and ping pong. We would definitely stay again.

Pros and Cons

Pros: lovely home, lovely property, great outside deck, great beds and great showers. Great water views! Cons: Not ONE piece of comfortable furniture to sit on. Fancy stove, not user friendly, very difficult to operate. Dishwasher problem; unable to handle heavy stoneware. Outside grill, only 2 burners worked and it needs cleaning. Power outages caused hot water system to shut down. When we first spoke with agent, they neglected to say it would need to be reset. This item needs to be included in instructions for the property.

We had a blast getting together for our daughter’s birthday. The home included everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The view - when the fog did lift - was absolutely spectacular! We would stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin's Den, the views are amazing from every room, upstairs and down! The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook. The teens and young adults loved the game room. Short drive to the beach. Fun times were had by all!

Great property!

The house and views were amazing, wish we had a little less fog for the views but that is the coast! We had our kids and grandkids for a wonderful family vacay in this amazing house. The "game room" was a hit with the kids and an extra fridge in the game room helped with so many people. Kitchen was amazing and stocked so incredibly well....what VRBO has an instant pot, griddle and crock pot! My only negative would be the seating in the living room. The couch is low and rather uncomfortable with only 1 additional chair. Dining table is glass so gotta be careful with the kids but it was large and great for playing games with all the kids and kiddos at night, we loved it! Another review mentioned the "secret cove" that the kids searched for and found and enjoyed, tide pools at low tide! All in all this place was great and would definitely return. Dillon Beach was great for the kids, sand castles and body surfing! Randy was super responsive about any questions and help we needed. This is a great one in the family memory books!

Beautiful family stay

The home is a beautiful retreat for a large gathering. It was well appointed and we loved the multiple master bedroom and en suite availability to accommodate a few couples. The game room made for good fun with the kids and the views were phenomenal. Awesome host overall!

Great Family Gathering with Beautiful Views

Enjoyed a wonderful family Easter weekend beach style. Quick drive to the beach. Dolphin Den was big enough to accommodate us all, and dog friendly was a plus. Each room has great views and loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The induction stovetop was a bit tricky for us, but we got it figured out eventually. Game room in garage was a big hit for the kids. Was shocked when we arrived and found the place was not cleaned, but owners were responsive & came out right away with a crew to get it done on a Friday afternoon. We understand that this was a very rare overlook & felt it was handled well. Hope to stay at the Dolphin Den again & would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

Stayed for a ladies weekend as a group of 8 friends. Very comfortfor a ladies weekend as a group of nine friends. House was very accommodating for the whole group and common spaces are comfortable. Views are extraordinary, and the deck and hot tub were a huge highlight!

Perfection!

Loved the roominess of this great house. Everyone had their own room and there were 9 of us. Beach was a difficult walk back as it was all up hill. Driving to the beach is best. The carpet in the dining room needs to be replaced as it was a tripping hazard. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and loved the fact it was center to the living space. We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio . Really enjoyed our stay.

50th Wedding anniversary

This was an absolutely a great place for a large number of people. There were 12 adults to include our children, grandchildren and fiancees. Lots of deer that kept everyone entertained. Easy 5 min ride to beach. Hot tub was so refreshing after a couple of beach hours. Ping pong was definitely a plus with the young adults. All beds were the best, everything you could ask for in the kitchen. Definitely a 5 star to celebrate a great event with family/friends.

Great Family Vacation

We had such a great stay here. The house is perfect, because we are four adult couples (my husband and myself with our three kids and their spouses and with four grandkids between) and to have four master suites with king beds and their own bathroom, this is ESSENTIAL!. The location is beautiful. Don't miss going left out of the driveway and walking into the pasture and then following the path along the coast till you reach the secret cove! It's amazing and so worth the walk. We didn't take the littles with us, just four adults took the walk. So worth it. The public beach is great. Much warmer down there than up top where we were. It gets foggy here! Says the person from Southern CA!!! I so recommend this house. Thank you!!

Amazing! Comfortable! Roomy! Views!

Our stay was great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. Everything was in good working order. A few minor repairs are needed, but nothing that impacted our ability to enjoy our stay. It was fun, relaxing, and plenty of room for everyone. You could see views from every room in the house. Thank You for sharing your place. It was awesome and enough room for us all.
