Summary:
Escape to this cozy, remodeled condo with 5 beds, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bath, with stunning ocean views and direct beach access just across the street. Renovated 2016, this inviting space is ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful beach retreat. Enjoy open living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen for easy, homey meals. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as you take in the serene views, or head over to the beach for sun and surf. Relaxation and seaside fun await!
The Space:
Master bedroom has 1 full size bed, second bedroom has 1 full size bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds, and the living room has a full-size bed pullout couch.
Located on 3rd floor, no elevator.
The Fire Marshal in Surfside Beach, has been doing inspections of all properties in Surfside Beach. In saying that we were informed that electrical panels at both buildings need to be replaced. This work is scheduled for Wednesday the 19th of November. The power will be shut off at 610B building between 8a and 9a by Santee Cooper. Once they replace the panels the city inspector will have to inspect the new panels and then Santee Cooper has to turn the power back on to the buildings. Unfortuantely, we are at the mercy of Santee Cooper as to when they can turn the power back on that afternoon/evening. We have been fortunate at our other properties that the power was back no later than 6p.
Guest Access:
There is a pool that is accessible to guests, and Surfside Beach is directly across the street, so you can walk there in under 1 minute.
Other Things to Note:
The home owners have pets. We have many guests booked that will be bringing pets. There is absolutely a chance that there will be pet hair somewhere in the unit (on the carpet, couch, towels, sheets, etc). We deep clean the unit after every stay, but if you have a dog allergy, this place may not be the right fit for you. Do not stay here if you have allergies to dogs, and if you do, please know that you are taking on 100% of the risk associated with this decision. Thank you!
There are a few stains on the carpets, but do not fret, as the carpets are clean :)
2 parking spots allowed. Text your make model and license plate number through the messages for both vehicles. Only normal sized vehicles allowed, no trailers allowed.
