Pool Heater & Cleaner
Pool heating is optional and available for $125 per day + tax, due prior to arrival if requested. Pool service occurs Monday and Thursday mornings; the technician may access the backyard via the side gate and will not disturb your stay.
Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily activated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours to reach 100–102°F, depending on outdoor temperature. If you’d like it warmed up before arrival, just message us—we’re happy to turn it on for you. Please note: the spa jets do not function.
Desert Living:
This is a desert home, and sand can occasionally be carried by the wind. Our pool service works diligently to keep the pool clean, though light sand may be present after windy days.
Gated Neighborhood:
A guard gate controls access to the community. Guest names and license plate numbers are required in advance. Maximum of 3 vehicles.

• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. Per city permitting maximum day time occupancy is 10.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• No pets allowed.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
