Attached to the dining room, the kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others.
Up the stairs is a second living room area with accent chairs and desk. This leads out to the spectacular private terrace with the best views in all of the city!
This one of a kind duplex apartment perfectly located and comfortably sleeping 8+ people and has 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom features a full bed. All rooms have room darkening shades.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
We provide parking in a highly secure garage just a couple blocks away. The garage also accepts daily and nightly parking as well.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Front entrance a code will be provided for you. Your unit is located on the 5th floor.
