Other Things to Note:

* City of Palm Springs Requirement: The City requires all guests to sign an additional written contract and provide a copy of their government-issued ID and vehicle license plate numbers. This verification process is handled on a separate platform called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed.

* Security Hold: A security hold of $750 will be processed 5 days prior to your arrival and returned after a post-checkout inspection. (Please note: This does not apply to Airbnb reservations).

* Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. Our policy is as follows:

- 100% Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

- 50% Refund: For cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

- No Refund: For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

* Mail & Package Deliveries: Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered at their own risk. We cannot guarantee successful delivery and recommend using the nearest post office or an Amazon Locker for a more secure option.

* Our Commitment to Cleanliness: The safety of our guests is our highest priority. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized to meet the latest hygiene guidance before each arrival. If you find anything is not up to standard, please inform us as soon as possible.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the Airbnb app, phone, or text if you have any questions or need assistance.
