This stunning Seaside retreat offers a beautifully renovated main home and a private guest cottage, providing comfort, space, and flexibility for your stay. Located on Forest Street, the property features private parking for two and an unbeatable location—just steps from the tennis courts, pools, fitness center, and playground, only a 2-minute walk to the beach, and an easy stroll to Seaside’s Town Center for dining, shopping, and entertainment. A central foyer welcomes you inside, flanked by two charming open-air porches adorned with flower boxes. To one side is the chef’s kitchen and dining area, and to the other, a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace (for display only).
The main home’s first floor includes two king bedrooms: a luxurious primary suite at the rear with a flat-screen smart TV, fireplace, custom storage, shared patio access, and a spa-inspired ensuite with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower; and a second king bedroom with a smart TV, window bench, and ample built-ins, sharing a renovated hallway bath featuring a walk-in shower, deep soaking tub, and single vanity. A spiral staircase leads to a fun loft bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk, dresser, hanging space, wall-mounted TV, its own A/C unit, and double doors opening to an airy porch—an ideal hideaway for kids or teens.
