Set in a remote and tranquil part of Mulshi, our peaceful homestay is a thoughtfully designed studio retreat for guests who appreciate simplicity, privacy, and a slower, more grounded pace of life. With a shared swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games, and scenic trekking trails close by, this is an ideal escape for couples, small families, and mindful groups looking to truly disconnect and unwind..
Check-in is from 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, giving you ample time to settle in and soak up the calm.

Indoor Spaces
Studio Living & Sleeping Space
Step into a bright, open-plan studio designed for ease and comfort. The space thoughtfully blends lounging and sleeping areas into one airy room, making it feel spacious yet cozy. You’ll find comfortable seating, a television, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning available in this main area, along with access to common Wi-Fi shared between two properties.
The studio features two double beds, arranged to comfortably accommodate up to two guests, along with a wardrobe, bedside tables, and soft ambient lighting that creates a calm, restful atmosphere. Indoor games such as carrom and are available, making the space perfect for relaxed evenings indoors after a day of exploring.
Washroom
The attached bathroom is clean and functional, fitted with a solar water heater or gas geyser for hot water, a shower, jet spray, sink with mirror, exhaust fan, and fresh bath towels. Toiletries are provided via a common dispenser and include hand wash, soap, toothpaste, and toilet paper essentials.
Dining Area
Meals are enjoyed in a casual set up. While there’s no formal dining room, the layout allows for easy in-room dining or shared outdoor moments. Outside food is allowed and guests can order food from nearby restaurants
Kitchen
Guests have access to an attached kitchen suitable for light cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, refrigerator, basic cookware, crockery, cutlery, spices, condiments, and regular utensils. Outside food is allowed.

Swimming Pool
Our shared outdoor swimming pool is open 24 hours, making it perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day. The pool measures 40 ft by 14.5 ft, with a depth of 5 feet. While there are no loungers or pool lights, the setting is peaceful and natural, ideal for relaxed swims.
Outdoor Games & Open Areas
Enjoy outdoor games like badminton, or simply spend time under the open sky. Bonfires can be arranged on request, adding warmth and charm to cool evenings. Please note that loud music and parties are not permitted.

There is no caretaker on-site, as this is a self-service home, allowing guests full privacy.

Guests enjoy access to their private studio accommodation, along with shared use of the swimming pool, kitchen, and a selection of indoor and outdoor games for leisurely moments. Private parking is available on the premises, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free stay.

I’ve designed this home to be a peaceful escape where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and truly relax. While I won’t be present on the property, I’m always just a message or call away should you need any assistance before or during your stay.

Things to Keep in Mind – Key Notes
• This is a quiet retreat, not suited for parties or loud gatherings, hence DJ and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited
• The nearest town is 9 - 10 kms from the property so please carry your stuff in advance.
• Please Note: It is a self service Homestay, do not expect room service.
• Power backup is available via inverter only for lights
• Mobile networks that work best are Jio and Vodafone (Airtel does not work at all)
• Wi-Fi is shared between two properties
• The last 50 feet of road access is patchy, however cars can reach the property easily
• Insects and bugs may be present due to the natural surroundings
• CCTV cameras are installed for external security
• First-aid kit available
• Fire extinguishers are not available

Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment
No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool.
No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.
No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5 ft deep jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
Pool Towels not Provided: Please don’t use indoor towels for the pool.
No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.
Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
