The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals and snacks. queen-size bed with a memory foam Mattress, Modern Bathroom, The apartment is fully furnished with all new furnitures, and guests will receive clean linens and towels upon arrival.

The building itself offers both security and convenience, featuring 24H Doorman for your peace of mind and an elevator. Nestled in a prime location, this home is perfect for anyone looking for a stylish, stress-free stay. Just bring your suitcase and settle in!



Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!



Guest Access:

The guest should enter the building named The Tempo at 240 W 73rd St, New York, NY 10023. After entering the building, you will take the elevators on the right side up to the 8th floor. It is here that you will find your apartment #819. Use the key you were given to open your unit door
