The Space:

The backyard is where Quail is what makes this property truly remarkable. A spacious outdoor oasis awaits with a 70's style, 9-ft pool, built-in waterfall spa, barbecue, and a cozy propane fire pit for evenings spent under La Quinta’s clear desert sky. The large yard offers plenty of room to lounge, dine, and play, making it an entertainer’s dream from sunrise to starlight.



Step inside and discover a home that feels both refined and inviting. The dining area, kitchen, and living area are all open-floor plan, creating a central gathering space that is perfect for entertaining large groups. Just beyond, the family room was designed for comfort and fun, with soft neutral textures and warm natural light filling the space, and an entertainment system built by the owner himself (karaoke set included!)



Each bedroom offers a calming and stylish retreat of its own. The primary king suite features a serene palette and plush bedding that makes unplugging effortless. A second bedroom with a queen bed blends chic décor with comfort, while the third bedroom, outfitted with two twin beds, is perfect for friends or kids alike.



Guest Access:

- Check-in time after 4:00 pm.

- Check-out time by 11:00 am.

- Keyless entry self-checkin. Instructions and code will be provided to guests before check-in date .

- Guests have full access to the home and outdoor space with the exception of the garage.



The Neighborhood:

The property is a 5 minute walk from hiking trails in the quiet neighborhood of the Cove in La Quinta.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car, however Ubers are available.



Other Things to Note:

High-quality linens, blankets and pillows are provided for all bedding, as well as Aesop shampoo and conditioners.



Room Layout:

The Primary Bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath with shower and ample storage.

2 additional air mattresses can be provided upon request.



Please Note:

- Standard occupancy is 6 guests. Groups over 6 must be pre-approved, and there is an additional fee of $50 per person for additional adults staying the night, up to 8 people

- There are no pets allowed at this property, pets with the exception of service animals will be asked to vacate the premises.

- The garage is not accessible and is not included in the rental, but you will have free parking in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking available.

- The pool and spa are not heated by default. They run on propane rather than natural gas. You are very welcome to enjoy them unheated, or we can heat the pool for an additional $125 per night, spa for an additional $50 (if not paying for pool heat).

- Please request pool and spa heat 48 hours before arrival. We recommend keeping the temperature at a comfortable level while in use and turning it off when not in use to avoid excess propane use.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 8, according to the city of La Quinta's permitting guidelines. Violation may result in loss of permit and fines up to $2,000.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors. Violation may result in loss of permit and fines up to $2,000.

- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.
