Welcome to Quail by Nest Villas, a newly imagined villa in the heart of La Quinta where chic design meets mid-century comforts. With an open layout, spacious backyard, huge pool, and a completely refreshed interior, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing yet elevated retreat for groups to connect. Quail features unforgettable views of the Santa Rosa mountains, as well as one of the largest backyards and most beautifully designed interiors compared to any other rental.



The Space:

The incredibly spacious and lush outdoor oasis is what makes this home truly remarkable. The entertainer's dream backyard awaits your arrival, with its 70's style pool, built-in waterfall spa, large turf-covered play area, propane barbecue, and a cozy fire pit for evenings spent under La Quinta’s clear desert sky. The kidney-shaped pool is nearly twice the size of most pools in the desert, reaching an incredible 9 feet of depth, and features a baja shelf that connects both sides of the shallow end, perfect for lounging or playing with the kids (this area is about 2 feet deep). The yard offers plenty of room to play games, soak up the desert sun, cook your favorite meal, or take in the stunning views of the Santa Rosa mountains. Both sunrise and sunset are nothing short of magical here, as golden hour shines its light across the peaks to the west, and the sunrise to the east turns the sky shades of bright pink and orange.



Step inside and discover a home that feels both refined and inviting. The dining area, kitchen, and living area are all open-floor plan, creating a central gathering space that is perfect for entertaining large groups. Just beyond, the family room was designed for comfort and fun, with soft neutral textures and warm natural light filling the space, and an entertainment system built by the owner himself. Watch a movie with the family, play a card game, or hook up the karaoke set to the television and sing your night away! Each bedroom offers a calming and stylish retreat of its own. The primary king suite features a serene palette and plush bedding that makes unplugging effortless. A second bedroom with a queen bed blends chic décor with comfort, while the third bedroom, outfitted with two twin beds, is perfect for friends or kids alike.



During the day, explore the nearby town of La Quinta, dine at one of the local, gourmet restaurants, play a round of golf, or take a stroll on one of the many hiking trails, located just a 3 minute walk behind the property in the quiet and secluded neighborhood of the Cove. Whether hosting a weekend getaway or escaping for some peace and quiet, Quail delivers the perfect balance of luxury and comfort.



PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

- Standard occupancy is 6 guests, which is the number of people this property sleeps in beds. Groups over 6 must be pre-approved, and there is an additional fee of $50 per person per night, up to 8 people. Additional sleeping arrangements will be provided.

- The pool and spa are NOT heated by default. We charge $100 a night for spa heat and $175 if you would like to heat both the pool and the spa. This is just to cover the rising costs of propane in the desert. Our pool is 9 ft deep, twice the depth of most pools in the area, therefore requires twice the amount of water and energy to heat, so please let us know 48 hours before check-in if you would like either heated. Pool and spa heat must be purchased for the entirety of your stay, and can not be heated one day at a time.



Guest Access:

- Check-in time after 4:00 pm.

- Check-out time by 11:00 am.

- Keyless entry self-checkin. Instructions and code will be provided to guests before check-in date .

- Guests have full access to the home and outdoor space with the exception of the garage.

We recommend having a car, however Ubers are available.



Other Things to Note:

High-quality linens, blankets and pillows are provided for all bedding, as well as Aesop shampoo and conditioners.



Room Layout:

The Primary Bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath with shower and ample storage.

2 additional sleeping arrangements with pillows and linens can be provided upon request.



Please Note:

- There are no pets allowed at this property, pets with the exception of service animals will be asked to vacate the premises.

- The garage is not accessible and is not included in the rental, but you will have free parking in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking available.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors. Violation may result in loss of permit and fines up to $2,000.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 8, according to the city of La Quinta's permitting guidelines. Violation may result in loss of permit and fines up to $2,000.

- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.
