The whole house was clean! Great communication the back yard is very cute and everything that listed is there! I would absolutely stay at this bnb again, it’s only 12-15 mins with traffic from downtime very convenient. The host was very accommodating as long as you let them know before hand! I went for a convention and it was amazing!

The home was immaculate and brand new! The host was very responsive! The area wasn't the best but we felt very safe! Clearly improvements to the neighborhood are happening!! Would definitely stay again!

The home was exactly as advertised! Very clean, comfortable, and the bed was great. We also really appreciated how responsive the host was when the smoke/carbon monoxide detector started going off in the middle of the night. They had all of the downstairs detectors replaced the very next day, which we were very thankful for. The only downsides were the dog waste left in the backyard from a previous guest which I had to pick up myself and having to walk through mud to access the backyard after the rain. The area is also located in Houston’s Fifth Ward, which has a reputation for being unsafe, though we personally did not feel unsafe during our stay.

Regarding the backyard, we sincerely apologize for that — we have since addressed our pet policy and inspection process to make sure this doesn't happen again. As for the backyard access after rain, Houston weather can be unpredictable, and we are actively looking at ways to improve that area for our guests. This listing was perfect. I stayed with one friend and we loved this listing so much. House was beautiful and also very clean and was equipped with everything we needed from makeup wipes off towels , blow dryer ,and so much more. The neighborhood was off but it’s up and coming so it was expected. I have no complaints about this listing it was perfect for me and my friends vacation. Host was also very attentive anytime we needed anything

Very clean. Very easy check-in/check-out process. I love that they make it simple for travelers. We stayed at three different VRBO places in TX in the last few days and liked this place the most. Nice and firm bed - we slept well. Will stay again.
