Welcome to our beautiful pool front 2 bedroom fully equipped condo at Punta Cana - Bavaro. Our condo is located within the territory of the spectacular Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana- Bávaro. The name of the complex is Cana Rock Star condominiums, which is one of the most exclusive real estate developments located in the Cana Bay Beach Club & Resort.

Electricity is not included. $USD 15.00 per night will be request before the check- in.


The Space
Relax in our modern and cozy apartment, enjoy the best experience and feel at home! This property is finely decorated and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms with its own bathroom with shower, hot and cold water, toiletries, jacuzzi, balcony, A/C, GYM, TV, WI-FI, and an awesome pool-garden view.

The entire condo has central air conditioning, located in the third-floor and offers privacy, large terrace-balcony with Jacuzzi, with private furniture and a view of the pool and golf course. Perfect for families, couples, or travelers looking for comfort, privacy, and a hassle-free stay. Located 25 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport and 15 minutes from Downtown Bavaro.

Bedrooms: 2 comfortable rooms included: comfortable Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, Smart TV, A/C, premium beddings, blackout curtains. Linens included.

Kitchen is fully equipped open kitchen: complete cookware, plates & utensils, full- size refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, electric coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, kitchenware and tableware.. We provide a Welcome pack (coffee, sugar, detergent to wash the dishes).

Bathrooms : ensuite private modern bathrooms with hot water( toilet paper, gel, conditioner and shampoo bath and beach towels included.

Exclusive Experiences at Cana Bay:
-Cana Bay amenities are not operated by us and may have separate fees or limited access. Guests must follow Cana Bay access rules, including providing ID for gate entry Guest Policy must be respected.

- Golf Club (request access 24h before) (for a fee).

-Cana Bay Racquet Club, Tennis and basketball courts and Padel roofed courts. (request access 24h before)(for a fee).

-Exclusive access to Cana Bay Beach Club ($) – Our condominium have one of the most stunning private beaches in the Caribbean Beach Club only for clients of Cana Bay, with a minimum consumption required.

The Cana Bay Beach Club offers a private infinity pool, restaurant, panoramic terrace, beach chairs, tables, furniture, changing tables, shower and umbrellas and sun loungers.

If you wish to have access to the club the cost is USD$15.00 per day per person and USD$35 dollars per day per person on holidays and weekend.

This is the minimum consumption amount established by the Cana Bay administration, meaning that the S35.00 dollars you will pay are for consumption in the restaurant area. The money is not lost since it is used for drinks and meals at the beach club within the restaurant that is right in front of the beach.

Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana:
Note: Our condo is located within the territory of the spectacular Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. We are totally independent from the Hard Rock Hotel, we share the same entrance to the condominium but we do not have access to the hotel facilities.
-access to a Casino, night club ensure an incredible stay.

Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana and golf club is a private property and in order to use said space, and enjoying the facilities you MUST go through the hotel (lobby) and pay a "Day or night pass (request access 24h in advance) directly in the lobby of the hotel.

-In addition to its beautiful beaches, Punta Cana-Bávaro offers a vibrant atmosphere with shopping centers, local markets and plenty of entertainment options. It’s also an excellent spot for activities such as nightlife, snorkeling, scuba diving, zip-lining and exploring natural parks.

- We highly recommend renting a car or Uber to easily explore and navigate the community and to get to know and live the Bávaro-Punta Cana experience to the fullest outside the complex.

-We highly recommend visiting a supermarket before arriving at the property for a wider selection of goods. Two mini-markets are available inside the complex during your stay.

House rules
-No Smoking. No smoking is allowed inside the condo. Only in designated areas (Outside in the balcony-terrace)
-No pets allow
-Only toilet paper in the toilet! (will be charges a $150 unclogged fee).
-Any missing remotes or cell phone charger, you will be charge a replacement fee
-Maintenance: Access must be granted for necessary repairs; otherwise, we cannot assume responsibility.
-Towels: Missing, damaged, or permanently stained towels will incur a charge of $25 USD per towel.
-On-site concierge service is not available, so assistance may not be immediate.

Condominium Rules:
-Pools: Glass containers are not permitted in pool areas.
-Swimming is allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
-Trash: Please dispose of all trash in designated areas.
-Quiet Hours: Please observe silence between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
-Events: No events or gatherings are allowed without prior host authorization.
-Conduct: Aggressive or disruptive behavior will be severely penalized and may lead to immediate eviction.
- Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Identification:
-The entrance to the complex is controlled by 24/7 security, and access to the apartment is private, comfortable ,safe and exclusivity are distinctive features of our community with 24-hour security, so it is mandatory to send the photo of all the IDs of the reservation of each person in their group, at least 6 hours before check-in in order to be able to make the entry authorization, if we do not comply with this requirement, we are not responsible for access to the resort.

-Please send photos of all guests’ IDs immediately after booking. Failure to comply may result in denied access by the security department, for which we are not responsible.

-Visitors: Our guests can receive visitors. Guest must notify us 24 hours before and send us car plate and identification (ID).

Electricity is not included in the nightly rate. Electricity service incurs an additional cost of $USD 15.00 per night.
