Luxury Lodge: Flathead Lake & Wild Horse Island

We're located on a wooded mountain side across from Flathead Lake. Panoramic views of Wild Horse Island, the Mission Mountains & Swan Range can be enjoyed from large picture windows on both levels & two wrap around decks. GBL's central location is just 13 minutes north of Polson and 4 minutes to the Big Arm Marina & State Park. (4 more State Parks are on the lake)

Our spacious 4,400 sq. ft. lodge offers plenty of space to unwind. Both levels offer open floor plans each with two large full-service kitchens, large dining rooms that seat 8, and large living rooms with comfy couches, love seats, recliners, rocking chairs & big screen TVs. An additional table on the upper level seats 4. The upper level boasts a vaulted beamed ceiling and floor to ceiling rock gas fireplace. The lower level offers a wood burning fireplace with a unique copper stove pipe. The upper level has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The lower level has a large bedroom, bathroom and game room.

Three cameras are outside for your safety and ours. one at each side of the home where stairs exist and the doorbell at the front door.

Having a vehicle at your disposal is best to take advantage of all that the Mission, Flathead valleys & western Montana have to offer. It is recommended that our winter guests have a 4WD vehicle to provide the freedom we cherish here in Montana! Wildlife abound in our area including black bears, mountain lions, deer, elk, foxes, raccoons, coyotes & an occasional moose. It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the basics if you are lucky enough to spot one of these animals in real life! Carrying bear spray (available at many local stores) & becoming familiar with its use, is strongly advised while hiking. Please be sure all trash is confined to our bear-proof waste containers, and bring indoors any food items from your vehicle overnight.
