This sophisticated pool home is nestled in the quiet gated community of Lake Berkley resort. The home features a generous two storey plan with games room and south facing pool and spa.

The bright living room is an airy double height space and has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is a large screen smart TV with cable services.

The kitchen provides all of the necessary equipment to cater for your stay, and you can choose to dine at the full formal dining table, sunny breakfast nook, or alfresco aside your private pool!

As a corner plot, the home benefits from a larger than average size pool and enjoys the sunshine throughout the day. The deck is a private area surrounded by a variety of planting. With plenty of seating, including under a covered shady area, you can spend a whole day by the pool and then sink into the bubbling spa in the evening. Please inquire if pool heat or BBQ rental is desired.

Downstairs, there is a large master bedroom featuring a kingsize bed, desk and access to the pool deck. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with both shower and garden bathtub, plus walk-in-wardrobe. The princess twin bedroom is also located downstairs. There is an additional kingsize bedroom upstairs which also offers a crib. A further elegant queen bedroom and a delightful Mickey Mouse bunk room ensures there is ample space for all of your group.

Guests can enjoy cable TV, free wireless connectivity throughout the house and local calls. Pool heat and BBQ rental are also available by request.

The amazing games room with a full-size pool table, foosball and darts will keep kids of all ages entertained! As well as cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi, there is also an Xbox and Playstation for guest use.

Lake Berkley Resort is renowned for its peace and tranquility, yet is also in the heart of Central Florida’s prime vacation area! Located just off Hwy 192, you are close to all the popular spots for dining and shopping. Disney is less than 15 minute drive and Universal around 25 minutes. The gated community is well-maintained and offers a community pool, clubhouse with gym and basketball/tennis courts. As well as a children’s play area, there is also a beautiful lake with walking/jogging trail.
