This complex is mid-island and has only 12 units making for a private vacation with the same size heated pool as other larger facilities. The beautiful space features a comfy king bed in master and a convenient sofa bed, with office desk and chair in guest room, perfect for family or friends. 3 TV's, cable and WI-FI. Guests enjoy two spacious bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing fully tiled walk in shower with grab bars for your safety. Everything is new from the electrical, plumbing and decor, new stainless appliances and a convection stove. The double lanai can be accessed from sliding doors in master bedroom and living room. The lanai is equipped with polywood table and chairs and two loungers with cushions. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the condo. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this wonderful spot offers a modern retreat after a day of adventure. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place, walking distance to grocery and restaurants, only steps to the beach. Beach chairs and towels provided for your convenience. Just a few blocks to Publix Grocery. Our pool area has two tiki huts with shaded tables, loungers for relaxing by the pool and a gas grill for your pleasure. Trolley rides on island for your convenience should you desire transportation without renting a vehicle. Also, golf carts and bicycle rentals at various locations on island. Enjoy dolphin watching from the spacious lanai. You will not be disappointed with this location!
