**Ground floor:** The fully equipped **kitchen** has everything you need for a short-term stay, alongside **dining and living areas** with panoramic views. On this floor, you'll also find the second bedroom with a **queen-size bed**, **private bathroom**, and closet, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom shared with the living/dining areas.



**Second floor:** Access the **master bedroom** via stairs, complete with a **king-size bed**, private bathroom, and a large **private terrace**. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in tranquility or unwind with a drink at sunset.

Getting Around:

Car rental is highly encouraged to get around. Other services available are Didi, Uber and In Drive.



Other Things to Note:

We provide some basic essentials for your convenience upon arrival (note: these will not be replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap, and trash bags. In each bathroom, you’ll also find a roll of toilet paper, liquid hand soap, a bar of shower soap, shampoo, and bath towels.



Please be aware that any damaged or missing items, such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains, will be charged at check-out.



While there is no daily housekeeping service, we can arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay for an additional fee if you wish.



For those spaces in common areas, we appreciate your cooperation in respecting the corresponding regulations.



In La Paz, we experience water shortages. This is addressed by contracted water trucks, and the arrival time is subject to the availability of the wells. Service may be restored within 2-4 hours.



For stays longer than 2 weeks, there will be an additional electricity charge of $50.00 USD per week.
