Yang on Sprang - Comfortable 1 bedroom duplex

Recently remodeled duplex apartment with everything you need to relax, cook a meal, or get a little computer work completed. A decent family neighborhood surrounds, with quick access to groceries, restaurants and the Springfield sites all within less than 10 minutes driving. This is the right side when facing house from the street. We will call it Yang! A small storage room at the back connects each side of the duplex, so feel free to rent both Yin and Yang! https://www.airbnb.com/h/yinonspring The entire apartment is yours except the back storage room is shared between each side of the duplex. You are welcome to use the backyard and have a fire in the fire pit. (Wood not provided and please pay attention to normal Fire safety issues, like no fires on windy days.) The back storage room of the building is shared between the two units. Please be quiet when in this space or passing through as both unit’s bedrooms attach to it. You’ve got to try the nearby pizza joint, Gabatoni’s. My mom has been eating their pizza for over 50 years! It’s got something unique about it, delicious! Less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Springfield and the State Capitol building. Park on the left side of the building when facing from street, or park in the street. You may drive all the way through the back yard to exit if both units are occupied so that both guests may use the driveway. Stays of 28 days or longer will not receive a re-stock of household supplies.
