Great Stay

Our family of 4 had a great stay. The condo was clean and as advertised. We made good use of the property amenities (pools, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball court and ping pong). The property was very conveniently located - although we did not visit any of the Disney theme parks this time around, but for those planning to do so the Legacy Dunes resort was ideally situated.

Loved it!

We stayed here while my oldest was competing at Disney for UCA cheer nationals. Check in was easy and property was clean. The location is very close to Disney, while not in the craziness that comes with staying on Disney property. We had a blast and would definitely book again! We had zero issues!

Legacy

Check in was a mess,, but after that everything was fine. The condo was a described and very clean. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again. Just a suggestion, even though there is plenty of space in the master closet, a few hooks would be helpful.

Convenient to Disney

The unit was very comfortable and was clean. The cleaning service just missed a couple of minor details according to cleaning list they left which owners were not aware of. Not a problem. Very convenient to Disney, Universal, many restaurants and great shopping. Important to know it is on third floor and no elevator but was not a problem at all for us. Would definitely rent again and already recommended to family.

Fantastic Property

This property was located just far enough from Orlando to be both comfortable and convenient. The local shopping was delightful and had a lot less traffic than Orlando itself. The property was clean and well managed. The property owner was very responsive and kind. Even the property owner I accidentally called when getting to the gate (still not sure what I did wrong there, but it worked out) was also very kind and understanding. The property was nice, quite, and (at least when we stayed there) good for families. The pool and playground really stood out to us. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Convenient and close to Disney, but not supplied some necessities

We had a wonderful time. The condo was spotless and our daughter loved the pool and splash pad. Only issue we had was we were only left 1 trash bag and 1 roll of TP. So that was kind of a bummer because we had to go out and buy packs of them. And there was no way we would never be able to use all in one week. But other than that it was great!

Beautiful Family Friendly Stay - Can't Wait to Come Back!

My wife and toddler and I stayed there for a week and it was perfect. The unit itself is very cute, has a screened in porch, large sliding glass windows, comfortable furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. They had a ton of toys for the little one, and she loved the decorations in the kids room and special little table. They have a pack n play, a stroller, high chair, etc. so you don't need to bring any of that. The complex is great, updated gym, two pools to pick from, and a great playground. We spent more time at the playground than I thought we would just because the little one loved it so much. The pool is zero entry so its perfect for little kids and adults alike. The complex is close to everything - we did epcot for a day and it was VERY easy to get to and from the parks. We also went into disney springs for dinner one night, and spent some time down in Celebration. Great unit, great location, wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Condo wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival and had damp odor

We landed in Orlando and had a few hours until we checked in, so we had lunch and went to Disney Springs. We arrived to the condo ready to rest and head to the pool at the check in time. The check in process was super easy - there was a keypad on the door. However, once we opened the door, we were met with a damp smell, which reminded me of the smell you’d get when you go into a damp basement. The front room and kitchen appeared tidy at first glance. We went to the back bedroom and noticed the bed was disheveled/not made and there was a scrap of toilet paper on the bed. Upon checking the bathroom, the trash was full of diapers and there was a dirty towel hanging from the back of the door. I checked the kitchen and the kitchen trash was also full. I immediately called the property manager who said he’d look into it and call me back. He called me back about 20 minutes later and said that they must not have cleaned the property before our arrival and said they’d send someone to clean, but it would take them 45 minutes to get there and we’d have to leave for 2 hours while they cleaned. At this point, between our frustration with the uncleanliness and the smell and the fact we were exhausted from our travel day and were expected to leave the condo again for at least 2 more hours, we decided to find a hotel room instead. We were issued a refund fairly quickly minus the service fees. The property itself is in a nice location and very close to Disney.

We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the owners: "We are very sorry for the state of the property when you arrived. Due to a scheduling error, the property was not ready when you arrived. We were ready to make things right as soon as possible, but we understand your choice to go to another property. We will make sure that this will not happen again. As for a damp smell, we have checked the property and there is no smell. The unit is on the third floor and there is no source of water to create a smell. Again, we are sincerely sorry for this extremely unusual mix up, and we look forward to providing our future guests with a five star experience."

Nice and relaxing place

Getting out from New York and staying there was a blessing in a nice and clean place my kids enjoyed the pool and the confort of the room highly recommended

Perfect getaway!

We were in town for All Star Worlds cheerleading competition. This was perfect spot that was close enough to ESPN and Disney, but not in the thick of areas too busy and congested. I loved the clean, beach themed condo. I was also prepared with paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and laundry soap but this place supplied all the above!!! Top notch!!!

Great location, ez check in, didn't get opportunity to use pool and grounds. Quiet at night which was a plus.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was a nice retreat after a long day at Disney. We had all the amenities of home. Minor issues with only 2 wash clothes and missing hair dryer, however Steven quickly took care of us. I highly recommend this property if you are wanting to stay close to Disney.

Awesome Condo!

This condo was awesome! Nice & clean! Cute beach theme! We have 2 girls & they loved the twin bed room! Lots of toys & first condo we've had that had a TV in the kids room with Netflix, came in handy during down time! We went to both pools they were awesome! Close to stores in case you need anything, gift shops, flea market, mini golf & our personal favorite OLD TOWN! Would 100% recommend!
