The space
This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo includes everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay:

Guests have full access to the entire condo throughout their stay.

Other things to note
Street parking is available along Shelby Avenue and is usually easy to find.
Please note that the bedroom is open to the living area and does not have a door separating the spaces.
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Additional Information: Our property is located in the city, there’s a possibility of experiencing some ambient city noise — such as trains, buses, cars, or general street activity and other ambient city noises
