Upon arrival, please stop by the front desk to check in and pick up your room key(s), parking pass (limit one per stay), and pool area wristbands. Keep your parking pass visible on your dashboard at all times. If you have additional vehicles, paid parking is available at the north end of the building.

The condo can be accessed via the lobby elevator or the outdoor stairs. Guests may park in any unmarked spaces near the building or in the overflow lot across the street. The pool and beach can be accessed through the lobby, and a wristband is required, which is provided by the front desk. Wristbands are disposable, and replacements can be issued if lost or damaged.

GUEST LAUNDRY & SUPPLIES:
A limited supply of extra linens, towels, and other items are provided. If you need to do laundry during your stay, coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the second floor. Please note that additional cleaning services may incur extra fees.

OTHER NOTES:
• The condo will be fully stocked with included amenities and a starter supply of certain items upon arrival.
• This condo is independently owned and operated. Because of this, the building staff will not be able to accommodate requests such as providing additional towels, linens, toiletries, or accepting excess items.
HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking or vaping of any kind. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund, plus additional cleaning fees per day of your stay.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.

SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON:
The City of Treasure Island hosts nesting sea turtles from May 1 - October 31. Sea turtles are susceptible to many threats, and we thank our guests for helping us protect these vulnerable animals.

The City lighting ordinance forbids direct light sources visible from the beach after dark, with daily fees of up to $500 for violating this ordinance. We recommend pulling the blinds closed in your room if you will have the lights on after dark, or using an indirect light source such as the TV, the lights underneath the kitchen cabinets, or the bathroom lights.

Additional ways for beachgoers to help protect sea turtles include:
• Removing ALL items, including trash, from the beach each day
• Filling in holes and knocking down sandcastles on the beach
• Refraining from touching sea turtles or using flash photography

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS:
• Check-in is at 4 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM.
• Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee and they must be approved by the host and are subject to availability. Please make these requests as far in advance as possible.
• If you are in the condo before check-in or after checkout without prior approval, additional fees may apply.
